Today, I tried something new and exciting with a pork butt on my pellet smoker! I’m sharing the whole process in my latest video, where I used my 'standard' yellow mustard as a binder (like I do for brisket) and season it up with Bad Byron's Butt Rub. I smoked it low and slow at 225 degrees for 5.5 hours before wrapping it with Bachan’s Japanese BBQ sauce for an extra layer of flavor. After a
