TRANSITION
And so, on the backs of those
Too uneducated and poor to vote
Against him, on the shoulders of
Those too selfish to vote for the
Common good, he sashays back into
Government, with a mind to wreak
Renewed havoc amongst the
Working classes, intent on making
His rich friends richer, and obsessed
With reducing the freedoms of those
Opposed to him. He’s no fool, nor is
He a jester. He drips arrogance with
Every step of his dictatorship.
