As an avid cyclist and supporter of getting more people out of their cars, I'd support this. In fact, there are several cycling laws that should go (including some helmet laws!). Instead, put efforts into good cycling education, and good awareness of risks vs. benefits. Penalize "dangerous cycling" but allow more individual choice. #cycling #carfree.
