This is a legit question - there are huge swathes of close to the CBD Sydney suburbs that can and will burn that will be super hard to evacuate. Just go look at Lane Cove for eg.

@kcarruthers It will be bloody scary, there is fire damage as you head through Lady Game Drive ( I have no idea if I have that correct ) where you can see the trees recovering.
