Amazingly, the Reading List in Safari only syncs with macOS when the phone is charging. Is this the same for everyone?

@fluder iOS can be pretty aggressive about throttling iCloud syncing to preserve power. I've noticed that especially since upgrading to iOS 18, my Photos frequently do not sync until I plug in.

@bryan It seems to be something else, because on macOS after deleting links, and turning iCloud off/on, the deleted links reappear 🥶
