They report that this section of the railway is used to supply ammunition to the front lines from the #23rd and #107th arsenals of the #Russian Ministry of Defence's Main Missile and Artillery Directorate. The damage to the railway infrastructure deprives the #Russian army of the ability to promptly replenish its resources on the frontlines.
