I mean #FGO is fun and all, and #Camelot will always be one of the best story chapters in the game. Plus, Saber-chan is a cute in #FGO and the second best girl in #FateStayNight
@DakkiReads @Cyberpreppy I would have said best girl but then I saw #UnlimitedBladeWorks and Rin is just FABULOUS in that. Sakura improved immensely when we got the #HeavensFeel movies but not enough to compete.

I'll just say Nasu & Co really hit the thematic & emotive highlights of the various & often contradictory variations of the Arthurian tradition while keeping it recognizably tied it to the "origin" (TH White via Disney etc) story

@DakkiReads @Cyberpreppy oh for sure. Granted, Mordred in #FGO is a pale shadow of the brilliance of their characterisation in #FateApocrypha, but Merlin being not only a dick (as he so often was in most versions) but a literal dick-wizard will never not be hilarious to me.
