I want to apologize for my disrespectful comments about @vernissage

My reaction to the transition from Pixelfed was emotional and unprofessional.

While I felt hurt by how the changes were handled, expressing that through negative comments was wrong and immature.

This behavior doesn't reflect my values or the constructive dialogue I want to promote in our community.

I take full responsibility for my actions and will strive to engage more respectfully in the future.

@dansup I won’t deny that being called a weirdo and accused of doing nothing for Pixelfed was deeply hurtful. I’ve invested a great deal into Impressia, dedicating many months of my life to it. The decision to make Vernissage a standalone platform is something I explained and apologized for many months ago in private messages.

I accept your apology and consider the matter resolved. I also wish you a wonderful holiday season and satisfaction in your work on projects in the coming year 🎄✨.

@dansup @vernissage don’t be too hard on yourself. We all do it and it takes a very big person to admit we might have been wrong and reflect on how to grow.
