@danielpeake finally got around to solving this this morning! Last one in 30a (didn't know it was spelt like that and quite a fiddly parse!). I got 31d quite early and thought it was marvellous. Brilliant puzzle, I don't think there are any that have left me scratching my head or raising an eyebrow. Thanks very much to you and to Hattie! Looking forward to next year's
