I figured it out: Song for Osysa from Vox Machina s2. I think I’m OK with that popping into my mind.

it’s a very short song. Sometimes that means you just get the core of a song, which is the case here. #CriticialRole

@tewha yep, though more very questionable lyrics in the song. I have no idea where I had heard the words “Where the Hood At?” in high school, especially in the middle of musicals phase, but I ended up blurting out those words as a joke for some reason. Queue me discovering it was a song, and almost bringing it on a mix cd when I claimed my turn to use my high schools theatre sound system.
