Formula's/mathjax works, I can get references to work (as in hover over a markdown ref to see it), it stays within the official ipynb spec (barely) so you can re-open in Jupyter/RStudio/VScode to adjust/update the code, iterating back and forth. Goals is "serverless" so I could offer it for free...
