UX books -> HCI -> IxD -> Design theory & Design Philosophy -> Philosophy of technology -> Feminist theory -> STS -> Media theory -> Back to UI -> Pedagogical theories - > Philosophy of science edu

This has been my journey

Finally crystallising all of that into one project👇

A DIY practice based design phd synthesising philosophy of education, progressive pedagogical traditions like constructivist pedagogy, philosophy of science with information design, graphic design & interface design

Connecting design with pedagogical studies

A single unifying theme that emerges from this is a focus on designing interfaces for knowledge creation

On how might design whether graphic, interface, or information can act as a bridge between philosophy of science edu, cognitive science & transforms the way we learn and construct knowledge

On creating systems & visualizations that enhance process of learning, discovery & knowledge-making, grounded in progressive, humane educational philosophies

@impactology keep me updated how you narrow your research questions. I’m responsible for knowledge transfer of a small design university in southern Germany and the questions you raise fit very well into my interests.

@CIT oh wow, will start a blog to practice writing about all the topics I'm interested in and hoping that will help narrow down chapter specific themes and inquiries

Will keep you updated!
