The most misused, misunderstood terms: #Agile, #AgileCoach, #AgileReleaseTrain, #AgileTransformation, #BDD, #Ceremonies, #ContinuousIntegration, #Epic, #Kanban, #MVP, #Scrum, #ScrumMaster, #Spike, #Sprint, #UserStory, and #Velocity.

@davidsabine “ceremonies” is the one I hate the most. Why can’t we just call them meetings? But a lot of these could either be replaced with more obvious terms or abandoned entirely.

@benjamineskola, for what it's worth, the term "ceremonies" was dropped at least 15 years ago.

The authors of Scrum - in all official Scrum Guides since 2010 - have called them "meetings" or "events".

@davidsabine I think that it’s too late: I still see ‘ceremonies’ (or worse, ‘rituals’) all the time.
