On my walk today (aka ice skating in boots), it was slicker than snot!! Thank goodness for my Icebug boots. It's been in the 40s the last several days so we've got thawing/melting happening around here with tons of wrecks and slick walkways. #Alaska #WarmingInAlaska #BootSkating #CentennialParkAK

@MicheleV_AK and here in Juneau, the one snow bank we didnʼt shovel has settled with a week of warm then not so warm weather. So, today we got clear the snow off the ice that has formed. @ScoterD And we were told it would be a super cold winter. Of course, Jan is still to come. Homer has no snow left. It looks like summer there. Crazy!
