@rssphilstarglobal Unfortunately, #bullying and many #acts of #belittling against #poorer or more #humble-looking #young people, even those who are #chubby or have #mental #disabilities, are very #common in #educational #institutions.The lack of #legislation and #rules and more #adequate #training of #educators #responsible for #schools and #institutions is what #usually #causes this.
