@GottaLaff I'm not sure he does. I think starting with the assumption that Trump knows anything is probably a mistake. He's been surrounded by sycophants and yes men his whole life who treat him like he's the important one and everybody else is staff. I legitimately think he thinks he's a genius. He wields power like a child, only thinking of what he wants without consideration for consequences. He throws away his used toys without a second thought. He punishes those who don't cave to his whims.
