@daedalean no, his AG will move to dismiss the cases altogether using Jack Smith's own logic. Who's going to appeal if the district/ appellate court approves that motion?

Plus SCOTUS.

The only thing Trump worries about is the NY felony conviction. He wants those tossed before swearing in, but definitely before he leaves office, and I feel he will succeed.
