If your site uses WordPress as a backend, there are probably a bunch of fields on your profile page with dedicated social links.
You can just put in your BlueSky or Mastodon link instead of, say, some oligarch dragon's personal hate treehouse. It'll go here instead.
@MichaelCrider Somebody actually followed that link to my Mastodon account and made a brand new one, just to yell at me for putting it where the old site's logo is on my PCWorld profile.
They were mad that they couldn't easily pester a stranger for writing something they didn't like.
It was oddly gratifying.
