TL:DR right at the moment not much besides the prompts.

Because I am in an phase of working through emotions of loss, fear of the future, questioning my way, for a longer period than I like, still figuring myself out, not who I am, I have a grip on that, but how to get myself motivated to stick to something and do it. I never tried writing on a bigger scale than some short stories, backround Infos for characters or world and story building. I want to see who I am as a professional procrastinator... Nah not really... know that. Who I am as a writing person. And if I can tell stories that others might enjoy it or inspire them in any way. What can possibly go wrong? In the worst case I wrote a book. As long it isn't the Necronomicon X that Austrian asshole that also wrote a book...

477. What kind of diet does your MC have? Do they have to be reminded to eat, or are they likely to remind others?

Kira just drinks "the brew." She doesn't has a regular schedule how she eats and especially on missions she as the captain is bad at eating. She sips the unrefined enzyme printer liquid (equil). She had to promise the doctor to eat solid food daily so her stomach doesn't loose the ability to process solid food.
The thing is that she always hacks the enzyme printers to give out the equil unrefined.

Arkham finds it so disgusting that she even starts taking breakfast together with her.

While Anika made sure that cooking together is a thing for the crew.

Kira loves cooking for others, as she shows on that evenings, at home she even loves cooking for herself but more as an occasional toast on missions she deems unnecessary.

The Equil just contains everything a body needs.

478. If you had all the skill to carve out a jack-o'-lantern of one of your characters, who would it be? Would you like to describe it?

The Ghoz'Tarc itself by extension ASHLEI because I would than know how that ship actually looks like. It's something I really struggle with in my mind it's ship mix of the Normandy SR-2 from Mass Effect and the Defiant or the Enterprise E from Star Trek. But I also want it to be like the Knight Rider meets a Falcon (not the Millennium Falcon) something that starts to look like Biological in an very early stage...
Not like the organic ships we can see in other franchises like Babylon 5 or Stargate Atlantis. Maybe a bit like an Evangelion or Angel from Neon Genesis Evangelion...

Which is really mind boggling for me ... All the ideas for references but no clear pictures which is kinda sad because every SciFi story that has spaceships in it tells a lot about it's world with this ships.

This goes to Ashlei even if it is basically cheating because she could easily print out a carved pumpkin but in case of an self aware artificial intelligence with a ship as a body we clearly would need another framework for the carving...

How about carving out an astroid into a giant space lantern? But how do we light up something like this?

480. On average, how many times per week do you write?

I try to at least write once a week, However that is sadly not how it is at the time. The recent amount of a certain Discworld character that usually talks in UPPER LETTERS in my surrounding has thrown me off the rails a bit. And I'm not great in consistency at all which makes the prompts literally the most consistent thing in a long time, however since I am almost always answering from the point and not from my "archived" stuff I could be generous to myself and say an hour a day. This will change, with the German Phantastik Prompts going in hibernation and may be replaced with another prompt, but maybe I am finally at a point that I can start writing the story in a more consistent form, as it was my goal to begin with with the write month challenge, however the LLM company behind it made me insecure about that ... So ... 🤷🏿

Antagonists:

AJ is not the villain. They is the Antagonist for different reasons.

AI not so sure.

For AJ it is a sad memory from all that they can remember, it is the death of the love of their live. Kiara Johnson who died in their arms on an Eltaryn attack... And in their memory it is brutally clear.

AI I guess there was something why AI never appears visible only communicating via calls or voice.

Villains
The Eltaryn... What could this two species remember most likely the day they joined forces to fight a war against the whole galaxy. It would helped if anyone would know more about them but so far only wild speculations, rumors and simple Idiocracy from kultish leaders exist that claim them to be the pinnacle evolution or the future.

Not deliberately nor with a focus on it. I seem to excell at accidentally horror in the brink of exploration.
Seemingly I am good in making people feel something is wrong. At least that what the players of my TTRPG rounds often tell me.

I have a faible for the Cthulhu Mythos, love Edgar Allan Poe, and next to Star Trek, Alien was one of my accidental first encounters with SciFi as I thought of I only realized later that it is Body horror.

As someone with a strong Goth influence I like good horror. I'm rarely interested in what is basically a stupid splatter movie (the only horror in that are the acting & the script) or stupid brutality like in Saw (injury porn) horror needs to be done intelligent. It doesn't even need a solution because sometimes the missing solution is pure fear. Good ->

2/2 examples of good horror in my opinion are rare as forks in a spoon factory, horror can be humorous or silly too as long it is relatable.

Terry Pratchett has some in Discworld universe references that could be red as horror in a humorous way.
Star Treks Borg are pure Body Horror, like the Cyberman in Dr. Who, the Dalek or weeping Angels, the silent... Honestly no one calls that a Horrorseries? The creepy gasmask child. "Are you my mommy?"

The game Fallout 3 made the best Horror move with a single spoken name. "GAAARY!"

The movie the Shutter is a great example for intelligent Horror thanks to it's fore shadowing.

And yesterday I just realized that Star Treks Teleporters are the craziest Horror invention ever, yes it kills yada yada yada but it can turn you into something completely different like a boneless, living, selfaware human rug...

So no I haven't written horror because I'm not a horror fan it's just something accidentally..

American Society and its prudery...
For the country that brought half naked women into everything.

Hips bumb into each other, or against heads or whatever, there is a lot of fucking and having sex go around in a complete universe somewhere always is night (same goes for earth in our reality) and people don't only fuck at night.

Fucking/having Sex is as natural as eating, sleeping, farting, shiting and breathing. So now that this is out of the way.

Yes their is Sex on the Ship, but night on a space ship is different. Usually the third/fourth shift takes over, Arkham has to be pulled from the pilot seat like an old chewing gum at around 10-12 hrs in the seat. Kira gets reminded to eat something, Ashlei files the shift reports, reminds the people that their next shift is in so and so many hours. A lot happens like it does around the clock.

484. What are your favorite chilling (not necessarily full-on horror) scenarios to write? How are you able to accomplish this? Through setting, emotion, dialogue, and / or buildup?

I can not exactly tell how I do this because I'm never sure how my characters come across. I write what appears logical to me from a characters point of view or the setting they are in. I try to use familiar situations in other works as an inspiration and add little details I would expect in such a scenario.
My best attempts seem to work with environmental horror and a bit of body horror.
So at least in TTRPGs it seems to work.

Ashlei, but I have to stretch the definition. Ashlei will get an holographic interpretation at one point that closely resembles human anatomy despite being a light silhouette so she cold go as a convincing ghost.
Also being the "conscious part" of the Ghoz'Tarc which is mostly what people would call a frigate or an armed escort in other SciFi stories, she has cloaking abilities to her disposal, a chameloid outer skin & a holographic system, that is linked to her point defense system against projectiles, but can't run at the same time, so she could go as any ship from other SciFi media or even historical/(high) fantasy ships if she would put in the effort together with Rose Draken, do match the colors etc
Of course an accurate Black Pearl is more complicated than an accurate Normandy SR2.

486. The zipper of your MC’s costume breaks. How would others react to seeing them still in their costume on November 1st?

Kira wouldn't mind and so wouldn't the rest, since the outfit would be most likely fabricated on board and return to be recycled, at some point someone would help her out, shred it and then fed to one of the many mycelium recyclers to be broken down. Maybe if the costume had some sort of significance she would visit the doc or the techs to get it of easily.

Arkham most likely same reaction from the crew how ever if it isn't one of the sexy costumes Arkham would get rid of that outfit by any means necessary as soon as possible and most likely involve other crew members.

Ashley, no zipper for holographic representations, if her holographic system I mentioned yesterday would get stuck well that's another and serious challenge. No projectile point defense means danger.

Antagonists
As bad as it sounds AJ doesn't remember much other than the love of their life. And the oath that they swore while their beloved wife was dying in their arms.
Since than they never had any other romance related thing going on.
Its questionable if they even would if they always loose parts of their memories while sleeping or sometimes even while awake.
AJ has countered this by writing extremely important stuff on snippets of paper and visible parts of their body, they collects them inside their armor and a book, where they also keeps a picture of Kiara Johnson their wife.

AI we don't know much about the person behind the speaker system maybe there is a romance with a tape recorder? Who knows.🤪

Dr. Kaiden, that the new method he used, with Dr. Waberi's help, to save Kira's live would have unforseen consequences.

Dr. Waberi malfunctioning of Kiras new NIN-Snail, getting bad news from home.

COS Silas Crosby, that something happened to Denise her daughter, and the other one already came true... Anika Johanson one of her best friends is already MIA or even KIA.

489. What is a phrase your MC often uses?

Kira/Arkham: Child of dirt, Dustborn and Swexer* are common used insults, Swex! as a shortened form of Swexer is a form of voicing your disbelief about what just happened like the WTF today.

"Send it to me." is Kira's most disliked phrase but it's the answer she gives, most of the time, if anyone has a request onboard. At least since she merged with Ash she is really efficient doing paperwork on the side, she still prefers reading through them "physically" on a tab or her Holo. Thus it feels more like doing the stuff properly.

Everyone: aye, yes mam/yes sir.

Ash: "At your service." "How can I assist you?" "My data analysis shows..." "Good Morning..."

I think of I proceed with Ashlei it will be every sentence possible, she handles so many tasks and requests a day from lowering the temperature to read out data to just simply chatting with the crew.

492. What actions or decisions does your MC feel guilty or regretful about? What would motivate them to reflect?

Kira already reflects regularly, it helps her being calm and grounds her, one of the first things you learn as the sole survivor of your family, you can't change the past and have to accept this. She wouldn't have trusted Tanya with her knowledge of today but again it's not that she knew beforehand. So very few things to regret, she still regrets following Anika's order but otherwise maybe both would have been killed/lost in action.
Somedays she regrets that they rescued her, if she wouldn't have jumped into the shuttle, she wouldn't have been hit by that energy blast. She would have fought to the end at Anika's side. And if she survived then she would know what happened to Anika.

Arkham loosing her captain and that's what changed something in her, make her reflect on some stuff...

Everyone in the union gets the same education, it is a citizens right & duty to learn the skills they need to succeed in their life. Educational programs exist, it's free for all but you have(!) to attend it. The education plans are woven around an individual & it's interests plus basic skills like math, reading/writing, law, politics, empathy, etc, sport is an optional field as long as the average recommended results are reached every half year. Since education is incredibly important classes are kept small so that in average 6 trainees have one teacher.

The Alliance has an own school system that is more focused on moral, ethics, empathy, combat, leadership or tech skills. Mondira hasn't been a union trainee, but she had to go through the Alliance as every other crew member, so basically all my characters on board have the same basic skills.

Book smart = Theoretically, understands the reason for something, like why a Shuttle is able of orbital and atmosphere flight, knows it's system.

Street Smart = Practical Knowledge, is able to use its theoretical knowledge, knows how to operate a shuttle in both environments and is able to repair it if necessary.

Kira: Her genetic family, her adoptive family especially Anika, her friends on board including the ship/the crew and later especially Arkham in front of all.

Arkham: Later Kira and Ash/the Ghoz'Tarc, prior to that only her Father and the recruiter that brought her into the alliance would be considered worth keeping Fotos of. Even if Holo pics are almost infinite if you want to store so many on your Holo.

Ashlei I guess we need to talk the sense of an AI keeping Fotos in a frame if she has unlimited storage first...

Mondira has a streak of mean girl but is overall good hearted so she loves it if Karma hits someone who miss bahaved prior. Yelling slurs against pigeons get shit on by a pigeon as an example.

J. loves cute animals and finds delight in cat or other animal holo's/NINmedia.

Talisa and Rose often make each other laugh.

Doctor Kaiden is a bit weird with his humor and often laughs about thing's no one else find funny. Like the shape of a bone.

Dr. Waberi loves dirty double meaning word plays and humorous stories especially if she can load it to her pad, you know it's more real reading it on s tablet than getting it into you head via network download. She despises books because they are impractical on a ship.

What is night on a space craft traveling through the black sea?

If everything works correctly not much the Hyperpods are designed to make sure people can sleep well.

I guess Talisa and Rose keep them self awake at "night." With love, cuddling and sex or discussing stuff going on.

It is war so many people may have issues sleeping because they think about their loved ones. That said at least one psychologist and Talisa are on board. Talisa is one of that souls that give you the feeling of not being alone. She cares about the whole crew like some sort of crew mother. Well and of course if you take your nap in one of the none Hyperpods Beds it can be tricky to blend out the crews noise or ones thoughts.

I wrote about it before, but don't remember which prompt it was, about the MC enjoying "holiday" it's more like a vacation in my universe.

Union Founding it's a rolling week that every union year is celebrated elsewhere in the Unions core member states/worlds/colonies and focuses on one of the core members traditions, religious, social, political and comes with a lot of food from this world. It's especially loved by children and fans of different foods, students and trainees get an extra time of to celebrate the diversity of the Union and it's member worlds, occasionally this celebrations include associated members that aim for a full Union membership to introduce the core members to them, this celebrations are framing the core celebration.

502. How do your characters feel about plastic / cosmetic surgeries and procedures, if this is something that applies to your universe?

It's a tool for people to express themselves or unify their inner pictures and their outer experience.
Most species have some sort of it.
Body modifications are more common as one might think from colored hair to tattoos, removal of such to appearance changing methods to reconstruction surgery including cloned limbs and organs.
Most people see it like this and it doesn't bother them.much if people align their external appearance with their own mental image of them.

It is kinda rare among most people to do something because the society as a whole has a more broad respect about beauty and body images. Of course this also depends on the world you are on but even Mondira's Home (which is very much Cyberpunk pure) is open for all kinds of people and accepts a broad body diversity in its media.

503. Do any of your characters know how to cook well?

Everyone can cook, it's a survival skill after all and thus teached at the academy.
However Kira,Talisa and J. excell in it.
- Kira has this ability to mix & match not so typical ingredients into a little sensation.
- Talisa takes great joy in learning the favorite recipes for most of the crews members so if someone is down she can "snatch" them some soul food.
- J. Is this giant squishy muscle package that doesn't get anything together that remembers remotely to food but somehow it tastes good.
- Rose is the artist, it's not about the taste but the experience, creating a cracker tower or an ice cream temple to a vegan roasted BBQ "pig" over "fire."
- Anika was especially good with alien cuisine reworked for Terran digestion.

504. Where exactly do you like to write? In your home, outside, in a café, etc?

As a vegan, diabetic type 1 that is also in early retirement thanks to a whole more health shenanigans I'm also living under the poverty line for Germany. So a café is actually quite to fancy for me & only extra cost in addition that I can't "enjoy" more than half of their offerings. So I never tried that. I'm aware of the real life trope but since my heating & housing are paid once a month (my top priority), I stick around at home a lot. So that's where most of my writing happens, I have a PC set up but it's just for stuff that I can't do on my phone. That said sometimes it's the kitchen (especially in my phases in which I'm so stressed that I smoke), often it's the couch in the living room or my bed in the bedroom. For some reason I haven't tried my hanging chair sofar. I have some parks in my area & grass around the apartment complex, but I find it too distracting.

- H.P.Lovecraft because for what ever reason I stumbled upon him very early reading his horror stories & stuff from the Cthulhu Mythos as Early as 8 years thanks to my large number of clinical visits.

Uff
- Leroy Jenkins, a hard but fair man in a sort of opposition to Kira.
- William Troika, heartwarming guy, loves music, husband, father of 3 daughters, loves cooking is the "social manager" next to Talisa.
- Rose Draken has this relaxed boyfriend energy, a "bit" nerdy. The AI/computer expert/hacker. Has all the nifty gadgets on the ground & even gets through to Kira in her stubborn moments. Best friend of Kira.
- Talisa, she is the ships "mum/soul"
She knows you, she cares about you, she is the sniper, the one that covers your back with the longinilance system on the ground and the one that thinks and works with portals.

Arkham would be with Kira most likely, there would be a tough day behind them, maybe a good bit tough day like a birthday celebration of one of the crew members. Alcohol is still a thing in the 24. century for Humans/Terrans. Arkham would be tipsy while Kira would carry the smaller woman into her own quarter's or into one of 'the privates" added containers in the cargobay if she herself would be drunk. Arkham would have emotional chaos going on being relaxed and a bit aroused do to her partner and first real love interest being around, not used to the thoughts under alcohol she would giggle a lot how great she finds Kira and how jealous she sometimes feel...

Okay yeah fork it I make a scene out of this prompt.

Kira carryed Arkham on her back, Arkham was drunk not only a bit tipsy but full blown hammered.
She even snored on her shoulder.

Kira's mind showed the lift, Ash didn't needed words in their conversation, simple images or memories where enough, it made things easier, Kira had a good portion herself, making her thoughts a bit slow.

"I bring the FC to bed," she throw into the filled cargobay.
J. jumped up:"Let me carry her your boozed yourself, Dragon."
"J. You know I don't like it if you call me that in the open. Stay where you are that's a drunk order and the FC is Captains territory or what is it called?"
"Responsibility?" J. offered not sure what to do.

"Right, I flipped? Filled her up, she is my girl I gonna care for her." Kira's voice where wonky but sturdy. "Carry out my ... Carry out whoever needs to be carried out of the room. And thank you for your service soldier."

she hadn't as much alcohol as the rest of the crew, it was Bday party, 5 crew members had birthday in the last 2 weeks & being radio silent made parties a rarity. It was common to wait til a bunch of people had birthday otherwise they would celebrate daily or every second or third day which was with a community of 40 people a bit much.

Rose & Talissa tried their best to not eat each other while kissing like love drunk meets drunk teenagers, Mondira & Silas slept already on the lap of William. He gently scratched their heads, smiling, his head laid back to the wall behind him. Mondira was at the same age as his youngest daughter & she was at least as energetic as her but clearly needed to learn her limits.

Jenkins smilled as Kira passed by him. "HickxO," she muttered, "as the commanding officer I trust you to handle the crew."
