I just got back from the gym - I’ve managed to get back up to 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. I forgot how much quieter my mind is after a good workout. A+ highly recommend.

Before I became disabled, I was riding my bike at least 30-60 minutes every day. I miss it. It feels good to burn all that off...

@jerry Exercise is one of those activities where no matter how much you don't think you want to do it, it always feels good afterwards. You almost never say "I wish I hadn't done that".
@jerry Work had a treadmill walking desk we could check out like a meeting room to use for define durations. When covid hit I got the same walking desk setup at home. I walk slower when I'm working on intense subjects and faster when I'm doing the light stuff. It is awesome.
