@ai6yr Yes, for part of the year avocados have two years crops on the tree at once. Part of what drives alternate bearing. If the tree is loaded with fruit for year 1 it won't produce many flowers for year 2. But if the crop is light in year 1, the tree will try to set a lot for year 2. And so on...
neena maiya@pettyranch My brother had an avocado tree, it produced a lot and often. I don’t know how old it was. I’ve never seen avocado so huge.
