The #Infowars video and audio feeds are live but broadcasting silence. #AJN video feed is fine but there doesn’t seem to be an audio feed yet.

#ChristopherLopez, the presiding judge over this case, is going to examine the proceedings of the auction after being upset at a lack of transparency regarding how the bidding was done, as well as the securities used to make the bid. Apparently #TheOnion was essentially used as a shell company, not pledging any of their money but instead the families promised to give #TheOnion the amount needed. However that money would all come from the proceeds of the lawsuit against #AlexJones and #Infowars, which they don’t have, because that sentence is currently being appealed.

Because of the result of the emergency hearing today, #AlexJones and his crew have access to and control of the #Infowars studio once again.
