@craiggrannell Well it's a bit like how some Scots liked to pretend that the Conservatives didn't exist north of the border, even though they've regularly won 20 to 30% of the vote in Scotland, including significant shares of the vote in places like Glasgow where they don't stand a chance of winning.

The idea that Scotland is free of the same support for right wing politics that one finds in every other country is just nationalist brainrot.
