#NivenlyJobCouncil meeting today was extraordinarily productive! ICYMI, the Council has a group of stewards who assist the newly forming working groups in their goals.
Stewardship is important to us at Nivenly because we strongly believe in duty of care to community, and we believe that the title steward encapsulates this for how the role is applied.

Currently in our Discord, there is a brainstorming session for working groups that are focusing on providing specific tasks for job seeking assistance. The working groups can be started by any member of the JSC and require three members at a minimum. The WGs must also be relevant to the job search in some way, and this can include things like résumé and/or portfolio building, body doubling for a small group of people who are applying to jobs together.
