Because of @sarajw who shared their project, I got some supplies over the weekend to learn Tunisian Crochet. The hooks and yarn are cool, but the book that arrived today was very poor.

For a book teaching you how to do a complicated craft, there were 0 pictures. The author just says "insert hook into the first bar and continue across the row" 😒
Instantly got a refund and don't even need to return it.
New book ordered.

Yes, I found a very good YouTube video. I just dislike using YouTube. But I have another book coming tomorrow, so fingers crossed.

@DodoTheDev I dislike YouTube for code turorials, but for watching someone crochet (on like half speed or slower) it was definitely the best way for me to make sure I was doing it right!

I learned normal crochet from a "for Dummies" website hahah, the diagrams were so good! Wonder if they are still there and if it includes Tunisian...

Yes, I agree, it's good for things like crafting. Wish there were similar channels on PeerTube, but I understand why there isn't.

Thanks for the For Dummies link, I love their stuff, it's so well explained. Learnt a lot through their books.
