There was a guy who interviewed me once. He made up things why he wouldn't hire me, I always had proof, and example, of why I was still a fit. I fit the requirement.
In the end I asked him, what other concern is left that I can address in order to change his mind.
He said: "I don't know."
It was disappointing. Because he goes around the #engineering #leadership community pretending to be a good role model. But does exactly that, what bosses with low #competencies do.
