Didn't see France v Japan yesterday, but back in front of the TV for Wales v Fiji. Great tournament for debut tries, with another today by Blair Murray. We'll see if Fiji can go the full 80 and if Wales is starting to click.

What looked like a decent try turns into a yellow card for Wales. This game sure looks to continue the drama of yesterday / last week
Didn't notice that Fiji 8 came offside, so penalty try and yellow to Fiji. That's 14 players a piece. Yare yare
Yellow number 3, so fiji down 2. I'm not saying the ref is wrong, but this game is hardly worth watching at this point.
Edit: I'm not sure why this was a high degree but the wales one wasn't, I'd need to see the replay.
Edit 2: Oh yeah, clear red
Wales immediately throw it away with an obstruction penalty in their maul, which leads to a Fiji try.
For all the interesting running in those 19 phases, all I could think was "what if Fiji knew they could kick the ball". Sure they got the penalty, but there was basically no ground gained.
Fiji get a penalty try, so in the 20 minuteperiod where Wales had the man advantage they have conceded 14 points. Go home Wales, you're drunk.
Edit: Oh right, of course Fiji has obstruction, so that 7 points go back in the bin. JFC this game
Well, that Fiji try was a breath of fresh air (they usually are), in a game which has little to commend itself. I think they have another one in them, but they have traditionally faltered in the final 20m. Fiji might get a 10+ pt win today
Hmm, maybe not, it's taken nearly an hour, but Wales are finally able to get a good second try. Crucial conversion fails so no draw, but only 2pts in it.
No try because of a forward pass, but Tuisova's hand off of Tomos Williams will live in the scrum halfs mind for a long time to come.
Fiji end up getting 3 for a penalty, but I believe they could have got the full 7 if they gave it another go.
@zornslemmon The referee was sadly the star of the show for the first half. I think wrt to the Welsh yellow, you could argue it both ways, I'd probably lean red, but I'm kind of a jerk like that; the fiji red was a red.
The second half did improve things, but idk, Fiji get a historic win in Wales, and that's something.
