Also same. I've lived in Maryland longer than anywhere else, over 30 years. I'm not leaving. I can at least help those who don't have a choice to stay.

Been here in Baltimore since 1990, been in this house since 1997. Through 14 jobs. Three kids. A failed and a successful marriage.

I will help the people here hurt by this, hurt by the undone damage of the last term, hurt by the inequities endemic to this city, state and country. I will protect my friends and family. I will engage those willing to hear the facts I know, the pleas I make, and fight those who act from a place of hate.
