@onepict @BrideOfLinux That is the best justice.

What I can't figure out is why these idiots thought it was a good idea to sue IBM. In 2003 it was only 20 years after IBM stood off the DOJ for 13 years and the anti-trust lawsuit was dropped. Real hubris to think that a small company was going to be able to make any headway here.

@acsawdey @onepict I understand that was a miscalculation on SCO's part and that they were expecting IBM, which had spent something like a billion bucks on Linux, would decide to make the problem go away by buying SCO. IBM evidently didn't want to play that game.
