Interesting observation running both a Dexcom Stelo and Libre 3 Plus through Nightscout: The random spikes and return to normal from Libre 3 are purely a Libre 3 thing and not something weird with my body. The Stelo never registers the spikes.

I can't speak to the #stelo directly, but I have used a Libre, Libre 2, Libre 3, and now a G7 (The medical grade version of the #stelo). What I am seeing matches with your observations. With the Libre series I saw spikes, but with the G7, I am seeing a much smoother rise and fall of my blood sugar. My guess is that this is because of the testing frequency. Libre (And Lingo) tests every 60 seconds vs 300 seconds for G7
