@rebeccawb Ooh I wonder if any bakeries here are making pumpkin loafs like that? I suppose I could always fire up the old bread maker (or oven) too although at least for me Peak Bread Making was around 2020 or 2021. Sorry for the free association let me just say explicitly it looks amazing.
