What are the consultancies you'd consider talking to for expertise and supporting an Elixir project that are based in the EU?

This is curiosity and for something I got a whiff of that I'm interested in what impact it might have. More on that later. Not fishing for Underjord compliments here. More curious about the landscape because I have a particular perspective.
