But for the rest of us, it's much better to just be an advocate of #BringDownTheWalls & #BuildBridges / #BuildBridgesNotWalls. It's fine to have favourites, but try to avoid #ProtocolWars / #NetworkWars.
Let your family & friends decide on their own capacity to choose independently which protocol, software, platform, they want to use and be in. As long as it's one of these #DDFON: #TheFederation ( #diaspora), the #Fediverse ( #ActivityPub), The #ATmosphere ( #ATproto), or #NOSTRich ( #Nostr). 😝
