Count Palance is here! The rootin`est tooten`ish low down biten`ist Dracula in these here parts.

Oh. Jack Palance is trying his best to give off Chistopher Lee vibes in his reading the letter.

I forget when exactly I heard it, but once I heard that this little tv movie is the most accurate to the book version of Dracula. SO I guess I'll find out if that's true or someone was pulling my leg at a party.

Dang it. Someone adapt Dracula's Guest! Figure a way to wedge that short story about Dracula telling a female vampire in a mausoleum, "HEY! NO! This one is mine! You can';t have Harker!" Before he ever gets to the castle.

Palance is weird, but he is by far the most normal seeming man to play Dracula. He's just a fancy old noble. Not a weird creepy who only stares at your neck while licking his lips.

@strangefour
I would like to add that #Palance played the definitive Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, in the only production that doesn't get the characters backwards. In the book, Mr. Hyde is the handsome, suave, sadistic murderer, while Dr. Jekyll is the ugly, socially awkward but gentle soul.
