This is where I pop into the conversation and explain that talk of #SMRs & #NewNuclear is a #ClimateAction delay tactic; by investing in the promise of a technology that can’t be deployed for a decade or more, companies and governments can present the illusion of taking action while granting themselves license to continue relying on #FossilFuel energy until the Shiny New Thing™️ is ready.
We have clean energy solutions ready to go today, we just need to roll them out
