PipponNext up is obriens toolkit from deep space 9.
The kits been seen in various forms from ds9 up through voyager, but is, presumably, a generalised set of tools used by any starfleet engineer.
And whilst I’m going for season 1 of Star Trek generally as an impression, finding a case as used by Geordi is basically impossible at this point.
It was a cassette carry case by dynavision made in the late 80’s and they are essentially rocking horse excrement to find in 2024.
There was a replica made recently to hold a mobile phone repair kit, but it’s inaccurate exteriorally, the interior moulding is basically impossible to remove and it’s quite expensive.
So obriens it is.
His is a canovision 8 vhs camcorder case made in the 80’s, and there are still some to be found on eBay due to its less prolific presence in Star Trek.
I have stl’s of most of the tools, many printed already and awaiting work, however I’m still short a dermal regenerator and my ej7 interlock and phase decompiler need reprinting due to scale issues. Plenty to work on in the meantime tho.
