Did #Apple deprecate the UPS status in #menubar feature at some point? I can't find anything like it in Sequioa. Still available via a terminal command?

I'm using a #cyberpower #UPS and their software is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Godalmighty TERRIBLE.

Please, someone tell me there is a better option for usb directly-connected UPSs???

( I did find a pretty good looking app in the Mac App Store (!) but only for network connected UPSs.)

The interface is hideous and completely un-mac-like. No Dark mode. The dock icon is old-timey round, disproportionately large, and un-hideable; and the menubar icon is bright red without a grayscale option. 🤮
