Not like she’s on here or will see this, but I just want to take a moment in appreciation of #LaphonzaButler

When Newsom nominated her to take Feinstein’s Senate seat I was not on board, but she did the right thing not using it as an opportunity to run herself. And she’s been a great Senator for #California, responsive and progressive (well, as much as a Senator can be)

I really hope she gets a big role in the Harris administration
