Maartje De MeulderThis week @JosephMurray and I are in Brazil to lead a workshop for a group of 80+ deaf researchers in various career stages, covering academic writing, publishing, doing a PhD, etc. Brazil has over 100 deaf PhDs mainly thanks to a very strong focus on capacity building and Libras language policy.
