Anyone ever used this kind of #bike light? Not #DynamoHub, not #FrictionGenerator, but using #magnets. 🧲💡

Are they any good? Or a waste of money? 🤔

I don't expect it to be very bright, of course. Just want to have a low-maintenance, no charging or battery replacement required, backup* tail light. I do ride at night sometimes, and I can't be checking if my battery-powered tail light is still running during my trip.

@evelyn I have used Reelight a few years ago, they definitely do light to be seen, but not enough to ride in the dark. The wheel has to be reasonably true to work. Also, with the specific model I had, it did cause some wheel wobble when going over 30km/h
@evelyn I have those ones: https://reelight.com/fr/products/rl700-series
I had those for about 4 years, they are not providing a lot of light in the front but certainly enough to be seen and in the cities. And I never go without light which is a good thing.
