Meanwhile, in MercadoLibre, you can buy something at the price sold, plus come coupons, and delivered next day.
Im all in for competition in the retail sector, but when you have #MercadoLibre offering a buying experience and post-sale support that’s miles ahead what the local retail can/will do, no wonder why they struggle.
#Falabella, #Ripley, #Paris, #Cencosud, all of them implemented the same marketplace model, but nothing of what made that model a success in the first place.
It’s almost a decade since ML swoop in and no lesson has been learned.
