@PhoenixSerenity One of my few regrets about being vegetarian is not being able to take advantage of all of the cooking, food knowledge and recommendations of one of my late Aunties.
@Happyfishmedia There's substitutes for meat but I understand. A few of my extended family members are vegan & they occasionally cheat on special holidays.
@PhoenixSerenity We do buy/eat/make vegetarian versions, which are usually pretty good, but don't contain the sweetness of being recommended or made by my Aunty.

@Subumbral I make 4 different kinds of wonton! These are my deluxe ones - with shrimp & pork. I make 2 different vegan ones & another meat one too ☺️

@Fanfalla It is, delicious ☺️ I make my broth overnight, bone broth, slow boil style. The right broth is just as key as balancing flavours in the stuffing of wontons.
