Fuck Netflix.
Got an email saying they'd changed my plan to the one with ads and charged me $6.99, I tried to cancel the account and get the $6.99 refunded, but no, can only cancel at the end of the billing cycle. Am with customer service now.
(Edit: Customer service have closed the account and refunded the money. So if the same thing happens to you, that's what you'll need to do)
