Our SFIA Skill of the week is a prototype in the beta – Customer Experience!

There are a number of new customer-focused skills proposed for SFIA 9. This is really encouraging – we’re seeing continued market maturity in this area as a discipline, and it’s great to have dedicated specialist skills available to describe those activities.
