Gary Parker@caskfan you know if you’d set it up with the same network name (SSID) and password they’d all have just reconnected, right? Not helpful now, obvs, but hopefully for next time! 😀
@witewulf yes you are probably right, but by the time I had fought the Google router to make it do a factory reset I wasn't thinking properly I just accepted the name it came up with
@witewulf not sure what the cause was: either adding a new Chromecast (unlikely) or I got the DNS addresses wrong in the router with 192.186.. instead of 192.168.. and it wouldn't let me correct them
