This is, of course, very good news.
But we can’t lose sight that because of the Republican skewed Electoral College coupled with hyper-partisan gerrymandering and racial voter suppression in Republican States, the popular vote is almost meaningless.
Biden won the popular vote by over 7,000,000 votes, but only won the EC by a few thousand votes.
