I pride myself on my ability to understand what my clients actually need regardless of how well they're able to communicate it to me (or even understand it themselves).

But, I swear, sometimes people get so used to this that their bug reports will be like "the thing is broken" and it can be a little frustrating because I'm not *actually* psychic, folks. I need a *little* bit more than that, please.
