Xauri'EL ZwaanIt's starting to really irritate me the way employers refuse to disclose their actual wage rates in job listings. It is absolutely 100% a coordinated campaign to systematically lowball the working class by not having to compete on price for qualified applicants.
Ehay2kImagine if we all had something similar to what they do in Finland? Every year they post the taxes paid by EVERY citizen. Now in some countries that would never fly, especially here in the US where what people earn is somehow sacred.
But it really helps people understand what they should be paid, because they can look and see what the person next to them was paid the prior year.
