Had a #dream a suspiciously laid back doctor was trying to give me brain surgery: "we just drill a really tiny hole an snip like one thing! Relax!"
had a #dream I had a big tank of multicolored isopods that would crawl on my hands 🥺 and I had to collect them and get them in line for a race for some reason (impossible)
had a #dream I was in an indoor waterpark with big slides and a Beach Boys song was playing over the intercom with literally the most preposterous lyrics my brain spontaneously invented:
"My girl takes heroin pills/and smokes weed as strong as silk/and when I look into her weird eyes --" recall ends here. It was something like "She Knows Me Too Well"
Had a #dream I was on a #bus reading a book abt different music genres. For country music it said "the country singer brings his own guitar, but an orchestra is also required." Suddenly the bus was crammed full of people (the orchestra) and someone put their instrument case on top of me and I couldn't move so I got scared and woke up LOL
Had a #dream I was cutting my hair with child safety scissors which went about as well as you'd imagine
had a #NIGHTMARE last night that I was editing my novel and was like "ah, finally at the action" then checked and I was like 90% of the way through the manuscript 
had a #dream that I left my tamogotchi for a bit and when I came back it had like. reproduced by budding or something and there were like 12 tamogotchis inside the device and they all had separate screens and new activities I needed to go between and I was just like. haha what
Had a #dream my parents got me an FGO figure for my birthday but they misunderstood and it was one of the notoriously boring male player character design. And then someone wrote me like a whole letter over making posts about how prisma illya sucks.
Had a #dream I was in a hotel eating mac and cheese in a big bath tub then a girl from my church from years ago was there and I started to get annoyed (wanted to chill in tub eating mac and cheese) but I got out of the tub like ok whatever and then THERE WAS A HUGE ASS CENTIPEDE THAT FELL ON ME AND STARTED CRAWLING ON ME AHHHHHHHH
Had a #dream stephen found some eggs and put them in a box then made me come over and look in the box and one of the eggs had hatched into a really fluffy white owl #symbolism?
had a #dream stephen was scrubbing the baseboards in the kitchen of my parents' old house? and found a dead rat under there
had a #dream I got a hello kitty stationery set that was alien themed (cool) then had to navigate the notoriously complicated and stressful after school activity bus system from my high school again (not cool)
had a #dream I was back working at the burrito place making the big tubs of guac again and Marcus Rashford was there and kind of acting a little cocky an getting special treatment because maybe guac duty is a little too easy for him but everyone was just kind of tolerating it because of all his positive charity work
had a really vivid & long #dream that stephen and I went on a trip to a town out in the country together that had a bunch of pastel-painted houses, walking trails, a train to ride, and a big visitor center with a duck pond that had like super huge pelicans in it out front.... nice
Had a #dream I wrote a short story then started copying it out by hand bc I knew I was dreaming and wanted to remember it. Success: no
Then fell back asleep and was trapped in a #dream about using a juicer that had multiple holes and tubes to put things in and also for the juice to come out that functioned in a really unpredictable way so I had to keep finding more pitchers and glasses to cover my bases...
Had a #dream that was basically a fully functional game concept last night, called CopterTetris, where you fly around a city to various locations but in each case you have to use your little crane attachment to lift and line up rows of tetris blocks until the problem is resolved ie pile of blocks stopping traffic or something. The voice over the radio that tells you about each mission is Udo Kier. Basically I think if you make this you would make a bazillion dollars
had a #dream last night that my tamagotchi picked up like a "naughty" status effect or something where it left the house and I couldn't interact with it I just had to watch it do various naughty things like blow off school, hang out in alleyways etc.
Had a #dream some guy who had made a body horror movie was getting a lot of hate for it online about how gross the effects looked, and was going around replying to every post like "that part was actually based on my own wretched pussy. Sorry" and "my penis actually does look like that." Etc
Had a very movie-like #dream about an art history grad student played by Ayo Edebiri and her advisor played by Donald Sutherland teaming up via their shared cynicism at the neoliberalization of academia to secretly sell off the vault of art and archival materials the university sits on as financial collateral to fund building shitty student housing, sports centres etc
Had a #dream that I was back home doing a Rutter's scene report. Nutty Buddys were 27 dollars due to inflation and they now had a home decor section which included a sculpture of a pretzel wearing jeans with a little belt buckle that said PRETZ
Posting this in the middle of the night bc I absolutely do not want to forget it but also Stephen woke up at like the same time and told me he was having a dream that Suella Braverman was our landlord and any time we asked her to fix something she sent us like a printed manifesto with a section on how giants are real
Had one of those types of weirdly realistic #dream where I very clearly imagined myself lying in bed, and Stephen coming back in from getting up to do something, and telling me the cheese slices in the fridge had gotten a little moldy and I was like ah yeah I figured they were getting kind of old, I'll throw them out tomorrow. Then I fell back asleep in the dream and woke up irl. 
biggest twist of all is I used the last ones to make a sandwich today and they were fine
Had a #dream that I had not only been selected for a season of ANTM; I was brought in for one of the all previous contestant ones so I must have been on it before. Anyways after filming all the intros I had to take the extracurricular bus from my high school to get home
Had another funny #dream that Stephen and I had to sneak into a guys big house to use an appliance or something we didn't have and when we were trying to sneak out a big party had started and like a hundred guys who looked like extras from the Bear City movies were hanging around in the house
Had a #dream that there was a crazy merch setup at the Mannequin Pussy show including bible bookmarks that said "All The Most Important Stories Are In Missy" and handmade candles
all the #dream posting reminded me I had one of those dreams that feels like hours or even days last night... I was at some kind of semi-church camp semi-games event but also near a beach setting... I was heavily pregnant but not in any tangible or visible sense I just knew I could like... give birth at any moment in theory... regarded this with a sort of... ah, well, if it's basically about to pop out any minute I guess it's too late to do anything about it attitude... James Duvall was there and we hung out
Horrible #dream last night where I was pissed off about something and beaned stephen in the head with a plastic bowl (?) and immediately felt so ashamed and regretful at doing this that I still felt upset when I woke up 
well at least when I explained it he found it funny

Had a #dream I wrote a novella that was like in the Poor Things frankenstien's monster learns about imperialism vein but for an invented side charatcer in Ada, which seemed very highbrow.. I even presented it with a draft of a poem that appears in the text hand written on the inner cover... meta. Anyways after I'd done this I went to the movie theater and tried to ask the guy at the desk if they were showing any of the Gregg Araki restorations soon because I didn't want to miss them but he was being kind of difficult
had a #dream that me and stephen were walking around in a mall and he really wanted chiclets from a candy dispenser thing but it took card now... and after he did the thing I noticed it charged $1.25... for chiclets.... #cozzielivs
had a #dream someone left one of those miserable self-aggrandizing "uhh... what does this say?" "Am I supposed to understand this?" "none of these words are in the bible" "drugs?" "pretentious much?" type comments on one of my AO3 fics... and as I was ruminating over ways to respond that would instantly obliterate them with the internet gun the theme of my laptop's UI started turning like bright red and evil (hot topic style text)
Had a #dream that the new Robert Yang game was an FMV dating sim but the twist was you had to uncover the sketchy reason each one of the guys wants to date you ie, reminds him of his mother, needs someone to test his cooking on, wants a live-in dogsitter etc and also other indie game devs were the FMV actors
Had a #dream where they did a new printing of Gravity's Rainbow that had an epilogue ???????????????????????????????????????????????
it was about a base where the soldiers had figured out a way to make themselves completely physically transparent and also had to wear transparent uniforms/badges etc... I guess?
had a #dream where stephen and I went to mcdonalds and ordered two ice cream cones but the guy only made us one ice cream cup and refused to acknowlegde the error
had a #dream where I started vaping... #itsspreading
had a #dream where I was watching a horror movie that had a paperback titled "The Complete Works of Neil Breen" in the background of a shot as an easter egg
had a #dream I was travelling around and found an off liscence that miraculously also sold sliced mango cups with chili powder for like £2 and also threw in a bag of chicharrones for free #SocietyIf...
had a #dream I blazed through the copy of The Death of My Brother Abel by Gregor von Rezzori that Stephen lent me because it was all pictures
Had a #dream The Fugs had written a song about struggling to decide where to go to eat for a group dinner called "Who's Eatin' Now?"
Horrible distressing #dream that I was wandering around a uni campus when suddenly a lady was vacuuming the hallway behind me and wouldn't move so I couldn't go back and had to simultaneously crawl forward under a staircase and push a door open to go the other way but couldn't do it and got stuck
had a really strange #dream that I had been shot in the back while walking around at night, went to the hospital, survived, recovered, etc... what I mean is in the dream this was treated as an obvious part of my past life that had happened to me but I wasn't so sure
Had a #dream that the newest transient culture war topic was a woman who ordered custom made cassocks for her child because "he only seems to want to wear priest clothes," and was distraught that they were lost in a house fire... of course everyone had every possible position on this
Had a #dream I was at my work christmas party (which didnt happen this year, lol) and nat was there for some reason and she had smoked so much weed she needed me to coach her on like, how to eat a pack of pretzels. Sorry nat if this contrasts with your wholesome image
Had a #dream me and stephen were going to actually have a marriage ceremony and I felt very touched & happy he had gotten me a corsage with a blue flower for the event to represent our shared appreciation of Twin Peaks of course but then when it got to the point of having to change into my outfit it became one of those dreams where like... you try to find a place to change but nowhere is suitable... as soon as you put an obect down for a second you either lose it or it becomes damaged... simple things like putting on clothing or keeping shoes on your feet become a horrible challenge.... notable detail was that I -was- wearing a dress which is something I have like... not done in almost a decade at this point lol
Had a very mysterious #dream where the place I usually go during work to get a baked potato for lunch had been converted to an outside stall and also run by some old nonnos, who were instead serving a buttered roll with one giant meatball and a dallop of ricotta on it for lunch.

Two nights ago I had a #dream that my novel was reviewed in the LRB. Naturally I was like how did anyone writing for the LRB find out about this but also upon reading it I found out that they had misinterpreted [spoiler character] not as an insectoid alien of some kind but as a "fleshy, humanoid onion." 🤔
Had a very realistic #dream of working at an oxfam last night... couldn't figure out the cash register but coworker was no help bc they were really excited about finding a hardcover copy of The Name of the Rose and trying to find a spot to hide it from customers.
