I never knew that the time of day you take medication could have such a dramatic effect.
Without any change in the medication or dosages, just changing from taking it in the morning to taking it just before bed, the medication and multi vitamins I am on have actually started working.
(Oestrogen nearly doubled and Testosterone dropped to near 0, and the vitamins I was low on are all within normal ranges now)
I did this on the advice of my doctor, but it does explain why it seems that painkiller have barely any effect for me during the day, but if take them before bed they work.
